ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a Field Associate to join our team in the general Redwood City area, helping to cover the general peninsula from south of San Francisco to San Jose. This contracted hourly position is a 1099 position that focuses on conducting property showings for rental properties with occasional opportunities to conduct property evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:


+ Property Showings:

+ Travel to properties and conduct showings for prospective tenants

+ Prepare units prior to prospect arrival

+ Ensure property accessibility and security

+ Report prospect and property feedback

+ Paid commute time


+ Property Evaluations:

+ Assess property conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outs

+ Use Doorstead tooling to document property deficiencies
