Job Description
- Manage Sub Division jobs (mature, immature & replanting) to ensure that all the Field Standard Practice are implemented and give motivation to all subordinates. - Building good communication with all Section in company and with external parties such as village/district. - Make budget, KPI, schedule, for planning purpose. - Make daily,weekly & monthly report to Field Manager. - Provide solution to Filed Manager for specific issue such as production improvement, appropriate manpower management etc. - Provide work guidelines to control costs and improve efficiency of operations - Assist and advise asssociate who are recieving training of any sort. - Participate in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 QSC, ISO 14001:2015 EMS, ISO 45001:2015 OHS and SMK3.Job Requirement
