The Field Application Specialist will be responsible for offering overall product and process expertise, application knowledge and technical support along each step of the customer process. The main mission is to ensure successful application, implementation, qualification, and use of our products, by supporting sales for product positioning and demonstration whilst supporting customers for application development work, initial startup, training, and trouble shooting.


Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

+ Support the sales organization as the customer’s first point of technical contact on existing products and process for mature modality through consulting, presentations, trainings, demonstrations, trials and application studies, and on new products in close collaboration with product marketing managers/specialists through beta sites testing and product demonstrations.
