Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot equipment, application, and process-related issues
Project Management & Coordination
- Coordinate project activities between customers and internal teams (R&D, Production, Sales)
- Support project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
Technical Training & Enablement
- Conduct technical training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders
- Prepare training materials, user manuals, and application guides
Market Research & Feedback
- Gather customer feedback on product performance and requirements
- Provide insights to internal teams for product improvement and development
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
