Position Overview
Responsibilities - Provide technical assistance and support to customers and channel partners across the region, from enquiry to post-deployment support.
- Deliver product walkthroughs, technical workshops, and on-site/virtual training to uplift usersβ application know-how.
- Configure motion control systems at customer sites, including commissioning, parameter tuning, and servo performance optimisation.
- Support pre-sales activities by proposing suitable technical solutions, conducting demos, and addressing application feasibility.
- Collaborate with customers to design and implement tailored motion applications for specialised use cases.
- Diagnose system issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution to minimise downtime.
