• Handle fiat deposit and withdrawal operations across Hong Kong, Singapore, MENA and other markets, including abnormal deposit review, transaction tracking and bank communication.
• Follow up on fiat-related inquiries from clients, sales, customer service and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify operational pain points and work with product teams to improve middle-office system capabilities.
• Support account opening and channel expansion to enhance fiat deposit / withdrawal coverage and user experience.
• Execute daily fund management tasks and support fiat yield-related initiatives.
• Develop SOPs, operation manuals, contingency plans and knowledge base for fiat operations.
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support business optimization and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Finance, International Trade or related majors preferred.
