Summary:

Fixed Income seeks an Associate to join the COO team. Key responsibilities include working with Fixed Income management on strategy and business development, financial resource management, and developing and monitoring divisional performance metrics.


Responsibilities:

Strategy & Business Development

+ Contribute to identification of strategic growth opportunities and develop execution plans

+ Prepare compelling analysis and presentations to support management discussion of Fixed Income’s strategy and new business initiatives

+ Assist with performance deep dives into areas of management focus, and provide insight into potential value-add actions

+ Work with Fixed Income management and Finance partners to develop the annual financial budget and periodic forecasts
