Job Description

The role involves working closely with a range of ISS departments, as well as external suppliers and contractors, to support the delivery of FM solutions and maintain high service standards. You will take ownership of work orders, ensure contractual processes are followed, and contribute to maintaining service excellence within a busy and fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage FF&E quotations from request through to submission for approval

Submit approved quotes to the government client and process purchase orders

Use Maximo to manage jobs from creation through to completion

Liaise with contractors and suppliers to chase updates, documentation and completion details

Process invoices and receipts through Coupa in line with contract requirements

Handle a high volume of work orders, typically between 20–67 jobs per day
