Position Overview
Coordinate with the sales team and clients. Coordinate with Clients, understand their needs, find inventories from database/website & send proposals, follow, arrange site visits for them, negotiations, deal closure, etc. Make Quotations and strong follow ups Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Maintaining customer data from time to time, updating customer profile with email id, phone, address etc. Coordination between dealer/customer, executive and factory from order generation to delivery of goods. Strong Follow up with customers for orders. Lead generation for products & projects in the markets through online portals and social media; generate new business.
