We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Female Receptionist with experience in the salon industry to join our ladies spa team.

• Welcome and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage appointment bookings and confirmations
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries
• Handle billing, cash, and card payments accurately
• Maintain client records and daily reports
• Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure smooth operations
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Promote spa services and products to clients when appropriate

• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a spa, salon, or hospitality setting
