A leading company in Construction, Industrial & Environmental Solutions is seeking a Sales Support & International Logistics Specialist to manage the full order cycleβfrom client inquiry to supplier coordination, documentation, and delivery.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in international logistics (air/sea/land freight), strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure smooth and compliant shipment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare offers, quotations, and proforma invoices
Coordinate with suppliers for availability, pricing, and lead times
Track sales orders and delivery timelines
Generate and follow up on invoices and payment status
Handle all international shipping documents (invoice, packing list, AWB, BL, etc.)
Arrange and follow up on air/sea/land shipments
