You’ll be supporting a warm and independent‑minded lady living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) who is returning home from a nursing home. She has complex care needs including fatigue that affects communication, swallowing difficulties requiring modified meals, catheter care (including washouts), and hoisted transfers.
