We are looking for calm, resourceful, and enthusiastic individuals who are highly motivated, hardworking, and keen to support older people in a proactive and holistic manner. The service you will be based at is a 3 minute walk from Mile End. There are many amenities around, such as local shops and buses. This makes it easy to travel from and to the service. The service consists of 41 flats providing residential nursing care.

You will have advanced skills in positive communication and engagement, and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for all of our service users. You will support people to maintain a healthy state of wellbeing – mentally, physically and emotionally. You will (alongside members of the person’s support circle) empower individuals to be happy, healthy, and successful in achieving their life goals.
