Qualifications & Requirements:
-Veterinary Degree: BVSc, DVM, or equivalent (strongly preferred)
-Experience: Minimum 58 years in feedlot management or large-scale livestock operations
-Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cattle health, nutrition, and feedlot systems
-Leadership: Proven experience managing teams and operations at scale
-Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
-Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and reporting capabilities
-Problem-Solving: Ability to make strategic and operational decisions under pressure
-Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in compliance and record-keeping
-Technical Skills: Experience with livestock management systems and data analysis tools
