Roles & responsibilities
• Conducting end to end financial due diligence.
• Identification of issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis.
• Undertaking smaller assignments or assisting in larger assignments reporting to Associate Director or Director.
• Writing Sections of an FDD / VDD report.
• Analyzing in depth the financial information (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash flows).
• Highlighting unusual trends observations and frame questions for management.
• Interacting with the client or target management.
• Reviewing data books prepared in accordance with firm and professional standards and in accordance with the requirements of the project.
• Reviewing the work performed by the subordinates and coaching them.
• Establishing strong professional relationships with onshore team members.
