Job Summary
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide hands‑on support, direction and assistance to colleagues on all areas of their assigned duties ensuring highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to guests.
- Handle guest complaints according to policy.
- Ensure restaurant set up is according to set standard.
- Perform opening and closing duties as when required ensuring that the outlet will be ready for the business opening.
- Understand all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
- Utilize the computer system in ringing, printing and closing checks as well as shift reports.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- High school Diploma/Hotel School Degree.
- 2 years minimum in a similar role in a 5 * international environment
- Up‑selling skills training, HACCP.
- Knowledge of Micros system
