Position: F&B Management Trainee Requirements:
Possess Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification Able work on weekends / public holidays / Rotating Shift Training provided! Job Scope: Assist cook, fried, preparation menu items in accordance with specifications from recipes Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations Assist the Manager in running a smooth, efficient, and productive shift Assist the Manager in handling guests queries and feedbacks Responsible for cash management of the POS Train, coach, mentor, and supervise a team of service crews in delivery of excellent guest experience Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
