• Generate daily meal summaries EMOS and hand them over to each kitchen section for preparation / cooking / dishing / tray assembly etc.
• Generate patients’ menu chits from EMOS.
• Answer any phone call enquiries.
• Maintain a daily report of events and complaints, noting what action was taken.
• Monitor the Food trolley docking system during each meal time and alert the IFS Supervisor/Executive if any Food trolleys are not docked.
