• Take incoming customer calls (telephone, email, voicemail, chat, or automated alerts) and resolve user requests while meeting SLA.
• Log call details into the call‑management system and provide accurate responses.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the applications used by each customer.
• Escalate service issues to mentors and follow project processes and procedures.
