What You Will Do
Take incoming customer calls (telephone, email, voicemail, chat, or automated alerts) and resolve user requests while meeting SLA.
Log call details into the call‑management system and provide accurate responses.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the applications used by each customer.
