Mænaam is a contemporary womenswear label inspired by Thailand, creating elevated occasion wear with a distinctive design language. We are looking for a Fashion Designer who combines strong creative instincts with a hands-on approach to execution and is excited to grow with a young and evolving brand.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop seasonal collections aligned with the Mænaam aesthetic.
Create mood boards, sketches, colour stories, and detailed design concepts.
Oversee the sampling process from initial development to final approval.
Work closely with pattern masters, karigars, vendors, and production teams to ensure timely execution and high-quality finishes.
Source fabrics, trims, embroideries, and embellishments relevant to each collection.
Conduct fittings and implement design modifications where required.
