We are seeking an experienced Farms Veterinarian / Technical Manager to lead North Island rearing and layer farm operations across multiple sites. This is a senior leadership role focused on flock health, animal welfare, biosecurity, operational performance, and people leadership.

Working closely with the Head of Livestock and Livestock Leadership Team, you will drive best practice farming standards, operational consistency, technical capability, and continuous improvement across the business’s free-range farming network.

Key responsibilities

• Leading flock health, vaccination and biosecurity programmes
• Driving farm performance, animal welfare and compliance standards
• Coaching and developing Farm Managers and production teams
