The successful candidate will ensure high-quality fruit production aligned with market demands, regulatory requirements, and company standards, while driving operational efficiency and strategic growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee full production operations from nursery to post-harvest dispatch
• Manage and optimise approximately:
• 1,649.6 hectares of citrus (+19.9ha mangoes)
• 94.2 hectares of grapes
• Lead and coordinate farming teams across four sites: Limpopo, Western Cape, and Eastern Cape
• Build and manage productive relationships with internal teams, growers, and strategic partners
