Job Description
The Administrative Assistant handles clerical and administrative tasks in support of the farm operations. The role involves preparing documents, organizing files, and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly both in the office and during occasional field visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and release memos, letters, and other correspondence.
- Handle clerical tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, and record-keeping.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files for easy retrieval.
- Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist with preparation and submission of liquidations, reports, and payment requests.
- Monitor attendance and leave records of staff as directed.
- Relay notices, instructions, and updates from the Associate Director to staff.
