Responsibilities The primary duties of the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Clinical Counselor are to: ¿ Serve as the Clinical Supervisor for FAP providing direct oversight, comprehensive non-medical counseling, and case management services. Provide expert advice and guidance on precedent-setting situations or problems with potentially serious consequences. ¿ Provide Family Advocacy services for active duty Marines, retired military members, their families, and others as authorized by Department of Defense (DoD) policy.
