Family Support Coordinator – primarily based in Auckland Hospital NICU Part‑Time | 12 Hours Per Week

The Little Miracles Trust is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Family Support Coordinator to provide peer support to families with babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Auckland Hospital. This role is at the heart of what we do — walking alongside neonatal whānau during one of the most vulnerable times of their lives.

If you have experienced a NICU or SCBU journey and feel ready to support other families, this is a unique opportunity to turn your lived experience into meaningful mahi for whānau navigating one of the most challenging periods of their lives. As someone who understands the journey, you will ensure that they feel seen, supported and connected from admission through to discharge.
