We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner (FNP or Adult NP) or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient facility. The ideal candidate will provide primary care and urgent care services to both adult and pediatric patients, ensuring high-quality healthcare and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Provide urgent and primary care services, including medication prescriptions and chronic disease management.
