Locum to Perm: This contract is designed for a provider seeking a long-term role.
Flexible Schedule: Full-time hours with flexible start and end times to meet the FTE requirements. Coverage is needed every day except Thursday, including Saturdays (9 AM - 2 PM). Clinic hours run from 7 AM to 7:30 PM.
Patient-Centered Practice: Join a Family Primary Care practice that sees patients from age 6 through end-of-life. The patient population is primarily adults over 45, with a manageable average daily census of 18 patients per day (PPD).
EMR System: The facility uses Meditech for charting.
