Location: Orosi. Certification: Licensed in the state of CA as a Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine. License: CA license and DEA license. Timeline: Available as soon as possible. Privileging can take 30-45 days. Three or four-months with a possibility to extend. Schedule: full-time, five days per week (8-hour shifts) with one evening shift per week (12-9 pm, and one Saturday per month, or they can choose four days per 9-hour shifts) hourly pay. Caseload: average of 20 to 24 patients per 8 hours, 24-27 per 9 hours, scheduling guidelines to ensure providers don't have back-to-back complex visits. We have a no-show or cancellation rate of 15-20%. Services: primary care, including pediatric, adult, women's care, and office-based procedures. All ages.
