COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Traditional Family Medicine

• Sign on : $160K
• Base Salary: $300K +production
• Additional weekend call paid at: $90.00 hr = $5,580
• Income Incentive :
  • Based upon collections over base salary. $425,000 = 47% of anything above that. At $500,000= 50% of anything above that.
• Student loan Repayment : Guaranteed
• CME : Paid
• PTO : TOTAL 57 days -32 days vacation + 200 hours of extended illness leave
• Medical Benefits : Paid with choice of plan
• Retirement : 403(B) +Match
