Family Physician - Urgent Primary Care Centre - Community - Chilliwack. Fraser Health Authority invites you to join an innovative and unique primary health care team located in Chilliwack – a backdrop of breathtaking natural and rural settings mixed with the convenience of a vibrant town. In April 2024, our team launched our urgent care services, with a team complement of 10 FTEs. Flexible scheduling for 4- and 8-hour urgent care shifts.

Responsibilities

We operate in a team-based care model that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and administrative support. You will participate as a full and active member in the delivery of team-based primary care services. Together, we are dedicated to extending intentional and coordinated care to all members of the community, including the vulnerable and medically complex.
