Overview

Position Summary: Are you looking to join an established medical practice in a rural setting? Village Medical Clinic in 100 Mile House has a full-time opportunity. You may join with a colleague to set up in the same clinic, or as a husband and wife team relocating to work in the same clinic. One GP is leaving with a large practice and many physicians nearing retirement. The area is growing as more people move here from other areas of the province, and there is demand for a physician. Overheads are shared and in keeping with practices of this size – approximately 25%.

In addition to clinic work, you would be required to provide service for approximately 6 twelve-hour shifts per month at the 100 Mile Hospital Emergency Room, located minutes from the clinic, as well as follow your own patients in hospital and residential care.
