**Family Nurse Practitioner (PRN)**

**Locations** : Conroe, TX - 27152 INTERSTATE 45 N and Katy, TX - 21927 Clay Rd

**Clinic Hours:** 8am – 4pm; M - F

**Schedule:** PRN - will support Conroe and Katy clinics

This role requires associates to work from the posted location, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. This policy promotes an environment built on in-person interaction, communication, and immediate support.
