Lasante Health Center is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide medical services on LaSante's new Mobile Unit, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. Responsibilities:

- Prescribe medication, examine patients, and provide treatment to patients of all ages

- Gather health histories

- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
