Hamilton Health Center, a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to communities in Millersburg and Newport, Pennsylvania.
This is a full-spectrum outpatient primary care opportunity, serving patients across the lifespan-from pediatrics to geriatrics. Our model is rooted in whole-person care, with integrated behavioral health, social services, and care coordination support, allowing providers to focus on meaningful, outcomes-driven care.
