Job Title: Family Medicine Physician

Job Overview:

The family medicine physician provides primary care services to patients of all ages within our outpatient clinic that specializes in I/DD. This includes developing and implementing a plan of care, prescribing medications, and appropriately documenting each patient encounter in the electronic health record (EHR).

Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

+ Provide evidence based primary care services to both pediatric and adult patients

+ Order and interpret diagnostic tests

+ Refer patients for specialty care when indicated
