- Seeking an experienced physician to guide the care team and mentor APP's

- Team will begin with one physician and 2 APP's
- Future plans include additional primary care providers, as well as the addition of specialists
- Minimal call, supported by the OSF After-Hours Nurse Triage Center taking first call.
