Flexible Work, Better Balance
Middleton & Area Family Health Centre is seeking two physicians to join their team of nine family medicine physicians (two are relocating), 3-4 residents, two nurse practitioners, two family practice nurses, and a licensed practical nurse, as well as a part-time social worker, dietitian and occupational therapist. All team members work collaboratively to provide patient care. While each MD and NP have their own roster, each clinician provides ½ day a week of same-day fit-in appointments covering the entire clinic patient population. Some minor procedures are performed onsite and others completed at the nearby Soldiers Memorial Hospital (SMH).
