Located near UNC REX Healthcare, UNC Family Medicine at West Raleigh is a full-service family practice, treating both children and adults. The team provides compassionate and personalized care. + Preventative healthcare for adults
+ Sick care
+ Well-child checks
+ Adolescent health
+ Immunizations
+ Women’s health
+ Nutrition counseling
+ Screening tests
+ Physicals for sports, school, employment, and insurance
+ Management of acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and asthma

**Practice Hours:**

Monday – Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm
