**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

**Dignity Health Medical Group** is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine **Nurse Practitioner (NP)** **or** **Physician Assistant (PA)** to join our dynamic team in **Maricopa, Arizona** .

**Opportunity Highlights:**

+ Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular
+ After-hours Outpatient Call (by telephone only) is minimal (3-4 weeks/year)
+ Outpatient: 36 patient-facing hours/week with scheduled patients and 4 hours per week dedicated administrative time to take care of “tail” of practice and engage in teaching, quality improvement, and service related activities.
+ Avg 18-24 patients per day on 8-hour outpatient days
+ Great MA support + RN onsite
+ Opportunities to get involved in both sponsor and investigator initiated research projects
