An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Registered Nurse/Registered Sick Children’s Nurse//SCPHN (Health Visiting) or equivalent to join the Whipps Cross Safeguarding and A&E team in this new and exciting role as a family liaison nurse.

The successful post holder will develop, promote and facilitate appropriate referral and liaison between hospital services at Whipps Cross Hospital, Barts Health, GPs, 0-19 universal services and other community practitioners as required. Acting as a professional resource and link between Acute, Community and Primary Care services establishing good communication.
