We are seeking a Family Lawyer to join our client's team in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will provide expert legal counsel and support across all areas of family law, delivering customized solutions to help clients achieve their goals. Responsibilities:
Represent clients in family law matters such as divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.Draft and review legal agreements, including marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements, and adoption applications.Deliver strategic advice to clients by evaluating their objectives and proposing options in line with family law requirements.Negotiate settlements and help mediate disputes with the aim of securing positive outcomes for clients.Perform in-depth legal research to keep informed on updates and developments in family law.
