Our client, a leading UK Law Firm headquartered in Scotland, is seeking a Family Lawyer to join its top-ranked Edinburgh-based team. Recognised in Chambers and Legal 500, the team handles a wide range of matters, from complex, high-value divorces to sensitive child-related cases.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years’ PQE and be confident managing their own caseload, while also supporting colleagues on varied family law issues. Key duties include advising on financial provision after separation or divorce, resolving child residence and contact disputes, and drafting legal agreements such as pre- and post-nuptial contracts. Litigation experience in the Sheriff Court or Court of Session would be beneficial but is not essential.
