This role involves providing expert legal counsel and representation in matters such as divorce, custody, guardianships, adoptions, and post-decree work. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, custody disputes, and guardianships/conservatorships.

• Draft legal motions, briefs, and other court documents with precision and attention to detail.

• Conduct thorough discovery processes to gather relevant evidence and information.

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on adoption processes and post-decree modifications.
