Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities are (but not limited to):
- Complete Intake Assessment for all new family units.
- Provide resourceful information about healthy lifestyle choices, childcare options, child development and safe environments.
- Provide learning opportunities on living skills and educational support.
- Provide appropriate referrals and ensure linkage for services.
- Manage program-tracking systems on a monthly and quarterly basis for budget management, reporting, and productivity, including overseeing program needs such as ordering materials and purchasing snacks/food for classes.
- And advocate with primary care providers and attend clinical support, conduct community outreach as well as develop and distribute outreach flyers.
