Position Overview
Day-to-day activities:
" Administers Human Resources programs, systems and processes
" Provides guidance and implementation assistance of HR policies, practices and strategies
" Resolves or refers HR cases on attendance, employee corrective action, and various HR process/product questions from employees and managers
" Contributes to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
" Aids in supporting the delivery of key HR processes, significant time on case management for attendance
" Works closely with HR COE's to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g., attendance, case management), and to support the delivery of programs
" Utilizes HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
