**Description**

We are looking for a driven and analytical Broker to join our Caribbean team within the Property, Natural Resources, and Construction segment. In this role, you will partner with broking, actuarial, and modeling teams to design and place facultative reinsurance solutions that help clients manage risk and improve capital efficiency.

You’ll work closely with clients and reinsurers, lead placement activities, and coordinate across internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes.
