Position Overview
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Safety, or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in food manufacturing, food processing, or quality assurance environment is preferred.
- Preferably an Executive specializing in Quality Assurance / Quality Control / Food Safety or equivalent.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge and practical understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000, and food safety requirements.
- Familiar with food hygiene practices, sanitation standards, and product safety control.
- Preferably experience in handling internal audits, documentation control, and compliance monitoring is an advantage.
- Ability to conduct food safety inspections, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
- Knowledge in foreign matter control, allergen control, and contamination prevention.
