Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification


• 3–5 years' experience in a Factory Manager or similar leadership role


• Experience within the shopfitting, wood manufacturing, or joinery industry is non-negotiable


• Proficient in AutoCAD


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings


• Proven experience managing teams of 40+ employees


• Strong deadline-driven and results-oriented mindset
