Position Overview
Key Job responsibilities and duties: - Manage and execute customer orders accurately and efficiently — from order entry to on-time delivery commitment.
- Monitor and manage order backlogs, proactively communicating delays or issues and coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve them.
- Prepare delivery documentation in compliance with trade and logistics requirements.
- Act as the point of escalation for internal teams to resolve order fulfillment and delivery-related issues.
- Analyze order fulfillment processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to streamline operations and enhance accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that align with manufacturing and supply chain objectives.
